STILL HERE

A space for women to come as they are, to be still, to listen, to be witnessed, to feel held, to allow, and to receive.

We begin by arriving together: How are you? What’s present? What is your intention? As each woman shares, a circle begins to weave itself.

Then we enter stillness together. There is something uniquely sweet about sitting in stillness with other women, a feeling of being held while having the space to meet yourself fully.

Afterward, we integrate what arose and move into energy work, supporting whatever is ready to be seen, felt, or shifted.

Intention. Stillness. Integration. Energy work.
A simple practice, held in community.

There is nothing you need to accomplish and nowhere else you need to be.
